Create your workspace

Connect the VPS Runner

Generate a one-time command, run it on the VPS, then verify the systemd service and ONLINE heartbeat.

Connect GitHub read-only

Keep a dedicated deploy key on the VPS, add its public key to GitHub and configure the Runner profile name on the project.

Connect the Windows Local Agent

Run the Agent on localhost, allow only the exact workspace origin and select the local Git project folder.
